Orders are shipped through DHL Air Express, Canadapost Express Post or Canadapost Expedited services. In the checkout process shipping is calculated to the destination address and added to your cart.
Shipping Times
To USA 1-12 Days depending upon service used / To Europe 4-5 Days / To Far East 7-8 Days / Internetional 2-10 Days, Canada 2-8 days depending upon location. We are not responsible for delivery delays due to customs inspection or holidays in various countries. Depending upon the time of year orders may take anywhere from 3-7 days to be released to shipping companies.
Return Policy
We accept exchanges or returns on defective merchandise only NO REFUNDS. We will do exchanges or credit for other merchandise once the defective merchandise is returned using the following guidelines.
Defective items must be reported to us within (3) days of the date of receipt and returned no later than (21) days of the date of receipt.
All return should be accompanied by a Return Authorization Number (RA#) number. Please, prior returning a purchase you must contact us by email. To receive an RA# and shipping instructions please email
Remember to display RA# on the package. Without a RA# we do not accept any unauthorized packages.
Sale items are ALL SALES FINAL, no returns and no refunds.
All returns must be in original conditions including damaged or defective items. The credit will not be issued to the return items without the original packaging materials as they are discarded.
We will only issue a store credit for defective or damaged merchandise. The original shipping charges are non-refundable.
Return items must be sent back within 21 days prepaid and insured by a traceable carrier such as UPS or USPS, FEDEX, DHL, Canada Post. Shipping charges are non-refundable. Returns sent COD will be refused.
Items coming from outside Canada must be marked as “gift” and sent via airmail. No returns will be accepted on custom or specialty mukluks as they are made on a per order basis.
